Buying on the web-shop
The purchase of products and services is carried out by adding them to the shopping cart. Under each product or service published on the online store there is a button with which that product can be added to the shopping cart. After adding all the necessary products and services, click on the cart in the upper right corner, select the delivery method and click on PROCEED TO CHECKOUT.
By prior telephone verification or communication with us by e-mail or instant messaging systems, you can clarify the details of the order and provide you with additional assistance for the products and services you need. This reduces the risk of misunderstanding and ensures that the user receives appropriate quality service.

Payment Methods
We offer several payment methods when using the online store.
(1) One of the most common payment methods is payment in cash, when you start to use our services.
(2) Another payment method is by issuing a pro-forma invoice for payment for the selected products and services. After confirming the payment, you will receive a pro-forma invoice for payment at the email address you provide, which you can pay with eBanking / mBanking application or other service with your bank.
The order is considered confirmed if you pay it immediately with a payment card or if you pay the pro-forma invoice within 1 day of placing the order.
(3) The fastest payment method is with a payment card from all international card schemes, including brands MasterCard Worldwide and Visa International. In terms of technical and security aspects, 3D Secure technology is used, developed by the aforementioned international payment systems, known as Verified by Visa and MasterCard Secure Code. At the time of payment, the online store redirects you to a protected website of Casys cPay, where you enter all the card data necessary for making the payment. According to this principle of payment authorization, we don't have access to confidential card data, which fully protects your personal data.
